Teabag experimentation page. Painted with watercolours, inked background, stuck down with
Matt medium. I have been saving teabags for ages now but have not used many. I like the absorbent nature of the paper as the colour just spreads out really quickly. I also like the transparency of them which means they are good to layer. I like these things, but have not explored them very far!

I've started my first 'book' journal thanks to inspiration from you and this blog. Finally found a book to use yesterday and made a start today.
Thank you for the ideas and inspiration to hopefully find the artist hidden in me :-)
Thanks Serenata-it si a nice feeling to inspire someone!
Yumm Yumm Yummm, these are rich autumn pages, Sarah. Teabags very intriguing - I am all coffee all the time, but you give me pause... maybe a cuppa to recycle the bags will be in my future soon... sus
I like the transparent look the teabag leaves. Another project to try, I just have to start drinking tea.
